• Payment can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

8. Vehicle Availability

9. One-Way & Outstation Trips

• One-way bookings are charged according to the agreed fare.
• Additional waiting charges may apply if the customer delays the journey beyond the agreed time.
• Extra charges may apply for route changes requested after the journey begins.

10. Passenger Safety

Passengers are requested to:

11. Liability
